Tau Valley offers conveniences such as short-term leases and a pet-friendly atmosphere.
- One year lease
- Six month lease ($20 additional per month)
- Security deposit ($300)
- Application fee ($25.00)
- Pet friendly (conditional)
- No cash accepted
- Fully furnished apartments are available with a minimum 3 month lease
Application
It’s easy to enjoy life at Tau Valley. When you’re ready to join us, just download and complete this application. Then turn it into our office staff in person, through the mail, or by fax. After we’ve received your application, we’ll work with you to find the perfect apartment.
Please note, the following fees will apply prior to move-in:
- Application fee: $25 (Due when your application is submitted)
- Administrative fee: $100 (Nonrefundable; Due at lease-signing)
- Security deposit: $300 (refundable; due at lease-signing)
